DESCRIPTION:Dr. Richard Weyhing of the SUNY Oswego History Department and Board of Friends of Fort Ontario\, and Fort Superintendent Paul Lear will be guest speakers at the Brown Bag Lunch at Penfield Library on Wednesday at 12:40 PM.
